Sean DeMars
Lead Pastor
The Lord saved me from my sins at eighteen and I haven’t looked back since. (Phil 3:14) After serving five years in the military, the Lord led our family to Peru as missionaries, and then brought us back to the United States in 2015. Amber and I have two beautiful children: Patience and Isabella. When I’m not serving the church, I like to CrossFit, do jiu jitsu, read good books, and tell dad jokes.

Elder
I have had the joy of serving as an elder at 6th Avenue for several years. 6th Ave is the only church I have ever attended. I once believed at a young age that I knew Christ, but it was only at the age of 24 that I was truly convicted of my need for a Savior, and I repented of my sins and began to trust in Christ in 2008. The Lord has since been very kind to open my eyes to the deep truths of his Word. My wife Alison and I have been married since 2005, and we have four children (Cohen, Micah, Eisley, and Maddux). I work for an engineering company in Huntsville, AL. I love spending time with my family, listening to music, reading, and being with the members of the church.
Will Stephenson
Associate Pastor
I was raised in a Christian home, but I did not come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ until I was fifteen years old. I still remember the sermon that confronted me with my sin against God. When I realized I was an enemy of God and that He still loved me with such a great love, I repented of my sins and trusted in him for my salvation. I married my high school sweetheart, Jackie, in 2017. I love reading theology, studying the economy, watching the Arsenal Gunners, and spending time with my church family.

I grew up in a Christian household and was saved at the age of 7 years old. Since then, God has been teaching me everyday what it means to walk with Him. I have an amazing wife Cate, and two beautiful children, Ruth and Michael.

The Lord saved me at an early age, and kept me through sin struggles and doubts in my early years.
In 2019 we started attending Glory Community Church, and through faithful teaching and discipleship, I developed a much deeper understanding of God’s grace.
I married my wife Meghan in 2014, and the Lord blessed us with 4 children: Henry, Levi, Ezra, and Penelope. I work as an engineer for the U. S. Army. We enjoy deer hunting, sports, camping, and hanging with our church family.
